Warranty Claim

 

Sorry to hear that your console is faulty, all repairs at Console Wizard come with a 3 month warranty.

 

The warranty date is from the original repair date and is not a rolling warranty if the same fault occurs during the 3 month period.

 

If you are still under warranty and the fault is the same as the original problem, then we will repair it for you free of charge, the only thing you need to cover are the shipping costs * (if you are not dropping off and collecting your console)

 

(*Shipping costs are excluded and are the customers responsibility)

 

 


 

To book a warranty claim

 

You can drop off and collect your console in person after repair, to save shipping costs

We can Collect & Deliver your console back to you via Parcel Force

(for a reduced rate of 15.00)
